Our clients and customers have covered an
unusually wide spectrum from the U.S ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS to CIRQUE DU SOLEIL. We work
with clients anywhere from an initial one-day Consultation and Project Review to being
retained on a yearly basis for on-going projects. |
|
Of particular significance is our
longstanding emphasis on SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT and PROGRESSIVE ENVIRONMENTAL PRACTICES
which we incorporate into all our projects. We pioneer cost-effective recycling programs
for a multitude of waste and industrial by-products by creating unique, value-added
products and marketing strategies. Our company has always been dedicated to the creation
and use of safe materials and systems for both industry and consumers. |
|
ZELLER INTERNATIONAL has researched,
developed and marketed over 300 non-toxic specialty products and related safety techniques
and equipment used in industry, manufacturing, construction, toys, feature films,
television, theatre, theme parks, entertainment venues, the art world and the defense
sector. |

In association with both THE CENTER FOR
CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT and THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION INITIATIVE
(SDCI) at The University of Florida in Gainesville, Gary Zeller is assisting in the
engineering and the development of advanced residential buildings. He also consults with
THE FLORIDA HOUSE FOUNDATION in researching energy conserving construction techniques.
Zeller and Spector are Co-Directors of THE EDISON PROJECT in Orlando which they created
with the specific mission to develop affordable housing using low-cost environmental
technologies such as their EcoBlocks . Using Various formulas combining
hydraulically compressed earth, sediments and concrete composites, EcoBlocks combine
waste stream and natural materials to create approved building blocks for a multitude of
uses. The projects goal is to develop inexpensive, earth-friendly, energy efficient,
fireproof homes (constructed with both skilled and unskilled labor) which would be
resistant to bacterial and fungal growth and thus also be responsive to the growing global
requirement for organically healthy environments with excellent indoor air quality (IAQ). |

Among the many professional and
community honors we have received over the years, we are particularly proud of THE ACADEMY
AWARD FOR SCIENTIFIC ACHIEVEMENT Gary Zeller received for inventing ZEL JEL STUNT GEL, the now classic
100% natural, non-burning, thermal barrier gel which revolutionized the safety zone and
creative scope of pyrotechnicians, special effects technicians, stuntpeople, and
specialists from other fields who work in close proximity to fire and extreme heat
situations. ZEL JEL continues
to set industrial safety standards. |
|
Zeller is an accredited member of
THE NATIONAL PROJECT ASSOCIATION and respected authority on fire protection chemistry,
related products, procedures, standards and codes. He was the only outside consultant on
the NYC FIRE DEPARTMENT hired to join their team in totally revising the existing Fire
Codes related to setting standards, material specifications, and granting permits for
pyrotechnical and explosive effects. It is now reputed to be the safest, most advanced
system in the country. |
